Barely 1 Star. Forget service, doesn't exist.Rug was ordered and told 3 months. Never rung to communicate how things were going. Never ever returned calls. Could never find our account. Took months longer than told. Almost offended when we asked what was happening and told they were doing their best (which was nothing). Why are they in business? Or better still how are they still in business.

Incredible collection of rugs, antiques and beautiful knick knacks. Steve is a total legend! I was looking for a natural hemp rug in charcoal and he helped me try two sizes out in my home (even dropped of the larger one) until I was happy with it.
